Result of Postal Ballot

Best & Crompton Engineering Ltd has informed that members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the Ordinary Resolutions under Section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956 relating to the proposal to Sell, Lease or otherwise dispose of or Mortgage the movable and immovable properties of the Company situate at 28A, 39 and 40, and / or transfer by way of sale, lease or disposal of the business of the undertakings being carried on at 28A, 39 and 40, Industrial Estate (North), Ambattur, Chennai and at the Pump factory at Bangalore, with requisite majority.
